The Broadlands Public School Spring Fair and Silent Auction is our school's biggest fundraiser of the year.

Monies raised are used towards extra-curricular programming that complement and enhance our children's education; music, arts, science, sports programs, as well as the purchases of needed resources that aren't within the TDSB budget.

PLEASE READ BELOW THOROUGHLY!!!!  YOUR ON-LINE BID MAY NOT WIN.  YOU CAN BE OUT-BID IN PERSON ON SATURDAY MAY 28TH!!!!   PUT YOUR BEST ON-LINE BID FORWARD BY MAY 27TH.   YOU CAN ARRANGE A PROXY BIDDER IF  YOU KNOW SOMEONE ATTENDING IN PERSON!

NOTE:  You may bid on items on-line beginning Saturday, May 14 at 9 a.m.  The on-line portion of this auction will end on Friday, May 27 at noon.   The auction will transition to our live event in the school gymnasium on Saturday, May 28 beginning at 10 a.m. and closing at 2 p.m.  The high bidders from the on-line portion will be brought forward to the live event.  Your high bid may still be out-bid at the live event, so put your best bid forward in the on-line event if you are unable to make it in person on May 28!

ITEMS WILL CONTINUE TO BE ADDED TO THE ON-LINE AUCTION UP UNTIL FRIDAY MAY 27!  KEEP CHECKING BACK FOR NEW ITEMS!!!!

Winning Bidder Payment Information

Please note that the items in this auction, once online bidding closes, will transition to our in-person event to be held on May 28th at Broadlands Public School - Gymnasium. If you are not present in person,  you may still be outbid.   You can try to get  a "Proxy-Parent" to bid on your behalf. 

Winning bidders will be contacted at the end of the auction to make arrangements for payment and pickup/delivery of their items.

Payment Types Accepted:

  • Cash (In person only please)
  • Visa or Mastercard if paying in person at Close of Auction only.
  • Cheques payable to:  "Broadlands SAC"

Cash, credit card, or cheques may be paid in person at the completion of the Silent Auction on location on May 28, or cheques delivered to the school within one week when picking up auction item during school hours.  If you are a winning bidder, you will be called at the conclusion of the silent auction and informed of pick-up times in the upcoming week.

Winning Bidder Item Pickup/Delivery:

  • Winning Bidders can pick their items up at the school in the week following the auction during school hours.  Please bring cash, or a cheque made payable to "Broadlands SAC."    Credit cards will not be accepted for pick ups after the 28th of May.

 

General Auction Information

  • The time on this server will be used to determine the start and end times of the auction. This time may be off from your local time. Refer to the approximate time in the right hand side of this page.
  • This auction transitions to a live in-person auction after online bidding closes. You still may be outbid at the live event. The online portion of the auction will not reflect the final live auction results.
  • When the live event auction closes, all winning bidders will receive notification regarding the status of the items they have won.
  • You must register an account in order to place bids. Click Register on the upper right hand side of this page in the login area. Once you have registered, a confirmation/activation will be emailed to you. You must click on the link in the email message to complete the registration process. If you haven't received your confirmation email, please check your "junk mail" or "spam" folder as it may have gone there. You can also re-request the confirmation email. The link for resending the activation code can be found in the login area.
